The mission for Doubleback is very simple. It must be the very best wine and we will do whatever is necessary to achieve that goal. However, we believe wine is not something that should be set on the table and fawned over. It is something to be shared and enjoyed. Wine is about romance, friendship, good conversation and fellowship.

We hope to produce a wine that brings drinking enjoyment but also creates a great wine experience. We want each person who opens a bottle of Doubleback to have a story about how they found out about it, acquired it and hopefully in turn, they will share their experience with us after they have enjoyed that bottle.
