Washington House was originally built in 1900. The current owners saw the potential of this great old house and literally took it down to the studs. This total remodel has been a labor of love and now a show piece to share. Some upgrades include: New recirculating on demand water heater, new windows, new electrical, plumbing, insulation, sheetrock, paint (in/out), flooring, bathrooms, lights. Everything is new; furniture, fixtures, decor, appliances, and soft goods. The only original pieces left are the fireplace and the stained glass window in the kitchen. Washington House sits on a lovely tree-lined street within walking distance to Whitman College and downtown Walla Walla.
