Home opener June 5            

The Walla Walla Sweets are preparing for the start of the  

2015 season. Opening Day is scheduled for June 5 at 7:05pm, when they will take on their West Coast League opponent, the Medford Rogues.

 

The Sweets, a summer collegiate wood-bat baseball team, is a premiere summer activity in the Walla Walla Valley and is ideal for people of all ages. The Sweets, who host 30 home games during the season, plays at historic Borleske Stadium. Visitors and locals looking for an exciting outdoor activity for the summer should purchase tickets to one of their home games. They're great for families, individuals, and company parties.

Funion For the Whole Family!

Walla Walla Sweet Onion Festival - June 20-21            

 

The annual Walla Walla Sweet Onion Festival is a celebration of all things Onion!  Located at 3rd and Main Streets, this two day event brings lots of good onion foods, live music, an onion eating contest, onion bowling, and a BBQ competition to downtown Walla Walla.

Onion Fact:  The Walla Walla Valley is the only place in the world you can watch a Walla Walla Sweet Onion grow.

Food Truck Night June 1 

Walla Walla Food Truck Night is the first Monday of the month from April to October, 5pm to 9pm. 15 food trucks, 4 wineries and 1 brewery.

Fort Walla Walla Days at the Fort Walla Walla Museum
June 6-7, 10-5pm

A family-oriented, two-day event featuring encampments with costumed historical interpreters showing exhibits and giving demonstrations. Food available all day from the Butcher's Grill and Deeney's Ice Cream.

June 20-21 at the Swenson Farm

July 4th, 10-6pm at Pioneer Park (corner of Alder & Division)
